An ancient master said:

Self-cultivation has no other method;
It requires but knowledge of the way.
If the way only can be known,
Birth and death at once will end.

Our path consist of putting down the baggage we are carrying, letting go of our preconceived ideas and instead seeing the world as it really is, in this moment now instead of in the past or the future.

Our true self is void, having no identity or existence apart from the world around us. It’s only because we are clouded by delusion that we can’t see our true nature, that we live in the world of illusion.
