Meditation is great. But can we do it by ourselves at home?
Some people think you have to go to a temple or a yoga studio or something in order to meditate. I’m not going to lie to you, the truth is that it is harder to practice at home.
At home I have more distractions than I have anywhere else. Sure, I could be meditating, but I could also be doing the dishes or cleaning the litter box or watching Netflix.
And another truth is that a lot of people want to meditate but they just don’t want to go to a temple or yoga studio. They don’t think they have time, or they don’t want to meet new people or…many other reasons.
So, here are some tips for how to get a practice going at home:
